​Our exceptional hard work and dedication starts from the first moment that a client initiates contact via text, call or email and continues further to the completion of services.  It is very important to schedule a phone call with the client to familiarize with the project that they have in mind and answer all the basic questions that they may have. During this conversation we collect some basic information such as the name of the client,  the address where the service will take place and a  telephone number or the best method of communicating for future concerns.

• We will schedule a site inspection as well as in-site consultation with the client.

• We will review the clients' ideas regarding their future project, discuss possibilities and provide them with professional advice.

• We will discuss budgeting with the client

• We will review all preconstruction designs or blueprints that the client may have and assure that they follow code and that they will be ideal.

• We will take the necessary measurements and obtain the blueprints to draw an estimate for the project.

• We will provide the client with an estimate based on the blueprints and measurements detailing a plan and the total cost of the project.

• We will discuss the estimate, clarify any confusions, go over potential option to maintain the total cost within the budget and negotiate a price.

• Upon agreement, we will draw the binding contract stating all the details including a start date and have it signed by both parties.

• All the services will be performed according to the description in the contract.

• After we finish the services we will reinspect our work and make any final adjustments if necessary.

• We will get the clients confirmation and reassure that the client is satisfied with our work

• We will clean up the working site and leave the area better than we found it.
